Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what it does not, and what happens to it.
Who this applies to
This policy covers personal data collected through this website by [Full registered name of the legal entity, and its registered address — to be supplied and confirmed by the firm.] (“ComplyRakshak”, “we”, “us”). It does not cover data you give us in the course of an engagement, which is governed by your engagement letter.
What the forms collect
This website has two forms, and between them they collect only the following:
- Enquiry and consultation forms (Contact and Book a Consultation) — your name, email address and phone number; your entity type and date of incorporation; which registrations you already hold; and whatever you choose to write in the free-text field.
Every form records your explicit consent, which is never pre-ticked. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and to assess what work it would involve.
What this website does not collect
Stated specifically, because the absence is deliberate rather than accidental:
- We do not record your IP address or browser user agent with any form submission. The fields exist in the software and are left empty.
- There is no analytics, advertising or tracking script on any page of this website.
- No third-party form service is used. Submissions are stored on this website’s own server, not sent to an external provider.
- Fonts are served from this website, not from a font content delivery network, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a third party.
- There is no embedded map or social media widget.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It stores one item in your browser:
wpEmojiSettingsSupports— set by the WordPress software to note whether your browser can display emoji, so it does not re-check on every page. It holds nothing about you, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab.
Your web host and the website software may keep server logs for security and operational purposes. [Confirm what the host retains, for how long, and whether it should be disclosed here — to be supplied and confirmed by the firm.]
How long we keep it
[Retention period for enquiry data, and what happens at the end of it — to be supplied and confirmed by the firm.]
Who else sees it
[Whether enquiry data is shared with anyone outside the firm — hosting provider, email provider, any professional working with the firm — and on what basis — to be supplied and confirmed by the firm.]
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have rights in relation to the personal data you give us, including access, correction and erasure, and the right to withdraw consent.
[How a person exercises those rights in practice — the address to write to, what proof is needed, and the response time the firm commits to — to be supplied and confirmed by the firm.]
Grievance contact
[Name, role and contact details of the person responsible for data grievances — to be supplied and confirmed by the firm.]
The Act requires a named point of contact.
